Mr. Witmer is a staple in the diving industry in the Keys of Florida. When I was doing my research on who I wanted to train me to become an instructor, Tom Witmer’s name was always in the mix. I being a disabled veteran I knew I was gonna need so extra help. Upon interviewing with Tom he was very eager to help me follow my dreams.
